AI Visibility
Presence you can measure. Change you can prove.
Define the prompts that matter, monitor the answers your customers receive, and track how your presence moves against competitors over time.

How it works
Three steps from question to trend line
01
Define your prompt universe
Capture the questions your customers actually ask — by topic, intent, market and priority. Group them so you can monitor what matters most, most often.
02
Run monitoring on a cadence
Each prompt group is monitored on its own schedule. Every answer is recorded with mention, recommendation, citation, position and context.
03
Track share and trend
Your share of answers, competitor comparison and direction of travel update across 7, 30 and 90 day windows — with every record labelled by source.

Demo Data
Each answer engine is a configurable monitoring source. Figures shown here are demonstration data until a source is connected to your workspace.
Metrics
Everything we measure, and what it means.
- Answer Presence
- Did the monitored answer include your brand at all?
- Brand Mention Rate
- How often your brand is named across eligible answers.
- Recommendation Rate
- How often you are put forward as a suggested option.
- Citation Rate
- How often your pages are referenced as a source.
- Share of Answers
- Your presence divided by all eligible monitored answers.
- Visibility Trend
- Direction of travel over 7, 30, 90 days or a custom window.
- Competitor Share
- How the same measures look for each tracked competitor.
- Topic Coverage
- Breadth of topics where you are a plausible source.
Data source transparency
We never fabricate monitoring data.
Consumer AI products do not all offer official monitoring APIs. AuthorityOS uses a provider adapter architecture and labels every result so you always know where a number came from.
A source is only shown as connected once a legitimate data source has been configured for your workspace. Until then, sample records are marked as demonstration data and are never mixed with your organisation's real data.
Share of answers
A single number your leadership can follow.
Share of answers is the number of relevant monitored answers containing your brand divided by the total eligible monitored answers, compared against tracked competitors over 7, 30, 90 day or custom windows.
Baseline first
Establish where you stand before any optimisation work — otherwise you cannot prove the improvement.
Competitors in frame
Share means nothing in isolation. Every prompt records what the brands you compete with are doing.
Windows that match reality
7, 30 and 90 day views separate signal from noise and show whether change is compounding.
Label everything
Every figure carries a source label, so an executive report never overstates what is connected.
