Terms of Service

Access is provided through organisations. Each organisation controls its own workspaces, domains, prompts and members, and is responsible for the accuracy of information it submits.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for activity performed under your account.

New workspaces receive a 30-day free trial. Unless configured otherwise, no payment method is required to start a trial.

Trial status is enforced by our systems and premium capabilities become restricted when a trial ends. Data created during a trial is retained after expiry so that it remains available if you subscribe.

Paid plans are billed annually in advance through our payment provider. Plan limits apply to domains, users, tracked prompts, monitored pages and other metered capabilities, and are enforced server-side.

Subscription status reported by the payment provider is authoritative. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellations are handled through the billing area.

You may not use the platform to crawl properties you are not authorised to analyse, to circumvent rate limits, or to attempt to access another organisation's data.

Our crawler respects robots.txt and applies rate limiting. You must not instruct it otherwise. Abuse of provider capacity may result in suspension of crawling for your organisation.

Answer engine behaviour is probabilistic and changes over time. Metrics describe monitored samples and are labelled by data source.

We make no guarantee of ranking, citation or recommendation outcomes, and we are transparent about which data sources are connected and which are not.

The platform, its design, documentation and visualisations are owned by or licensed to us. You retain all rights to the content and data you submit.

You may not reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the service except as expressly permitted by your plan.

The platform is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where limitation is prohibited by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing area. We may suspend access for violation of these terms, breach of acceptable use, or non-payment.

On termination, your data remains available for export for a reasonable period in accordance with the privacy policy.

We will notify you of material changes to these terms through the platform or by email, and continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our principal place of business is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
