Cookie Policy

Last updated 31 August 2026

We keep cookie usage minimal and functional. This page explains what is set, why it is needed, and how to control it.

01

Strictly necessary

Authentication and session cookies keep you signed in and protect your workspace. These cannot be disabled while using the platform.

Security-related headers and anti-abuse protections may also set short-lived values while you use the platform.

02

Preferences

Local storage may retain interface preferences such as sidebar state, selected organisation and selected domain so that the workspace behaves predictably between visits.

These values never leave your browser and are not used for advertising.

03

Product analytics

We record product events such as account created, trial started, first crawl completed and report created.

These are used to operate and improve the service, to measure trial-to-subscription behaviour, and to detect operational problems. They are not used to build advertising profiles.

04

Marketing and advertising

We do not currently use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking or third-party advertising pixels on the platform.

If this changes, we will update this policy and provide the controls required by applicable law before any such technology is introduced.

05

How to control cookies

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality. Preference values stored in local storage can be cleared from your browser's site data settings.

Most browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies per site. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent the platform from working.

06

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when the technologies we use change. The 'last updated' date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

This document is a plain-language summary prepared for the platform and is not legal advice. Have your counsel review it before commercial launch.
